The Vision

A show you can feel
before it exists.

SILENCERS is an original assassin-ensemble thriller — a world of contract killers, hidden handlers, and a young woman who doesn't yet understand what she's been built to do. The challenge wasn't adapting someone else's footage. It was conjuring an entire series out of nothing: a tone, a cast, a city, a feeling.

Traditionally, a teaser at this level means a crew, a budget, and months of lead time. The goal here was to prove a different path — that a small team using AI production tools can develop and deliver a teaser with the texture and intent of premium scripted television. Not a tech demo. A piece of craft.

The Approach

An original-IP pipeline,
start to finish.

This is the part most people never see. Prompt Delivery doesn't start at "make a video" — it starts at the idea and carries it through every stage of development with the same discipline a writers' room and a production team would bring. The pipeline is the product.

Concept & Character
The world and its cast are developed first — a character bible, distinct silhouettes, and the lead, Rose, defined down to face structure, wardrobe, and emotional arc before a single frame is generated.

Storyboard
Every beat is mapped into a shot-by-shot board — eight scenes threaded by a voiceover that moves from world-setup to reveal to montage payoff. Camera, mood, and intent locked before production.

AI Generation
Locked character and scene stills become motion through image-to-video generation — each shot directed with deliberate camera language, film-stock emulation, and a consistent cold-blue-and-amber palette.

Assembly
Selects are cut, graded, and scored into a single cohesive teaser — pacing, sound, and edit shaping disparate generations into one continuous piece of storytelling.

Inside character development: Rose

Before Rose ever moved, she had to be a person. The team built a precise character bible — a specific face structure, expressive dark eyes, a simple black slip dress, a baby-faced fragility hiding something colder underneath — and held that identity consistent across every generated still.

That consistency is what separates an AI experiment from a believable character. Lock the identity, develop the expression range, then let her perform. It's casting and direction, executed in a new medium.
